  • What am I grateful for?
  • What great thing(s) did I experience today/yesterday?
  • What was my good deed for the day?
  • What great music did I listen to?
  • What great book am I reading?
  • What was the last great film I watched?

With these prompts, try journalling for just 3 minutes every day for the next week.
