What’s behind door number 17?

Olive oil.

Olive oil is a good source of skin-repairing antioxidant vitamin E. It is also up to 75% omega-9 (oleic acid), which aids the absorption of omega-3 fats, enhancing our uptake of nutrients. Cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil is especially good for dry skin as it has anti-inflammatory properties.

How will use your olive oil today? You could use it in a salad dressing, or use it to roast some root vegetables.

Top tip: Use extra virgin olive oil for salad dressings, and non-extra virgin olive oil for cooking.
