A walnut.

Walnuts contain polyunsaturated fatty acids which help to reduce dry skin.

How will you eat your walnut today? You could have a handful of walnuts as a snack, or add it to a meal.

Top tip: Try this skin-nourishing salad – scatter some walnut pieces over fresh spinach and add a dressing of crushed garlic and olive oil with a squeeze of lemon.
